I came across a great April Fools satire with a point.
Mike at The Online Photographer posted a link to a fictious forum in which participants discuss hammers the way many photographers discuss camera equipment.
It pushes things to the absurd, driving home the point (Did I make a pun?) that a tool can only accomplish something when it's in the hands of someone who uses it. It also satirizes how so many build themselves up by tearing down others.
